I know most people disagree with this guy but he's been right so far so I'm gonna post this anyway. http://www.fosspatents.com/2015/06/oracle-v-google-android-java-copyright.html
I agree with their decision. Google copied the core APIs of Java and in doing so, fractured the Java community. My view is that the API is the summary of the story while the implementation is the text. Disclosure: I'm a software developer who hates Java.

Well, I suppose the court can only do so much good a year. They must have run out after the gays thing, none left for oh idk the biggest most quickly growing economic sector in history.
