I have no doubt that sooner or later DeepCoder will outperform the AGILE/SCRUM developers.
What makes developers good is not the fact that they are good in one liners or in some frameworks. Entity framework, Unity, IoC, design patterns.... You know: code monkey stuff. (AGILE/SCRUM developers.)
What makes good developer good is because they can detach from patterns, frameworks, IoC,.... and create their own one that is special fit for the problem they need to solve. They go off the beaten path and think outside the box. They think outside what they have learned.

Which is true of almost any profession. The best think outside the box and innovate. So though not a coder, I get it.
