Isn't this the same shit that the charlatan token vagina running Yahoo! did, shortly before it burned to the ground? Whelp, I know which stocks I'm short-selling this quarter.

Female executives at large companies always seem super interested in launching projects that have absolutely nothing to do with directly helping the business or increasing profits. It's always about some diversity/team building/feel good public relations campaign horseshit. Maybe because these women really are just token vaginas and have no mind for business, so they focus on just trying to gain attention for the irrelevant causes they invented out of thin air.

They want to leave a mark and be one of the greats without actually doing anything of worth, so they come up with these bullshit policies and the media rushes to cover them in a positive light like "oh, this CEO is so innovative, she's totally doing [thing]. This is what IBM under [name] looks like, it's one for the history books."

The more people inconvenienced, the more provocative the scheme is, meaning more attention, guaranteeing she'll be on every employee's mind every hour of every day while she's the CEO.

It's a mix of entitlement and attention-whoring.
