Still that is the preview - Microsoft have access to everything you do on your computer during the preview as far as I'm aware, it's in the terms and conditions. With the general release I expect privacy will be much more of a concern so it's probably worth checking out nonetheless.
You maybe right, but call me a double idiot if im ever going to believe they need my phone numbers connected with my facebook friends to make a better operating system.
Absolutely, it shouldn't be mandatory by any means, probably through the People app which I always found useless, along with the vast majority of the core OS Windows apps.
