No one's having their content removed though. You can happily watch it by changing an account setting, or modifying the URL. If CNN uploaded something that YouTube's guidelines decided you needed to be 18 to watch, that content should be blacklisted as well.

If YouTube blacklisted them erroneously, that'd be a reason to protest. If they did break the community guidelines, we ought to either shut up or be protesting the community guidelines themselves. (Which I currently take a ton of issue with)

Well...yeah. I think this post is pointing directly to how broken and vague the community guidelines really are. They're only there for narrative pushing.
