I did not check that one, but I do recall the long hex number starting with "ff" related to Snowden?
The thing is that Microsoft have lost quality developers with their aggressive tactics that does not respect any user. I mean come on, as a Microsoft developer you basically opened the door for mass intrusion to spy in your own kids when they are their bed room with Cortana and telemetry. You would be ashamed to have been part of that team.
Because of that they got a brain drain and now the fall out is starting to happen and no one is left to keep the company back on tracks. I am surprised that it did not happen yet, but the cracks in Windows are there that sooner or later it will have a ripple effect on Windows 10 outages world wide.
The end is near!

Less Nerds in Microsoft, more marketing code monkeys = deteriorating code and an OS that will end up worse than Windows Me.
