It really depends. If Costco and Amazon teamed up with drone delivery I would expect good results due to Amazon's and Costco's return policies. I've heard stories of Costco taking back cakes that were 90% eaten due to a customer complaint (which was obviously a customer scamming Costco), and I've heard stories of Amazon shipping out replacements while requiring very little proof of a defective product. Operations like these are not going to want to send out bad produce, even if the return process is as simple as putting it back in the drone it came in. Customer satisfaction in the first place is more valuable than fucking up and making it right after the fact.

I have a feeling wal-mart is going to fuck this up by supplying shitty produce and uber/lyft will not be happy with the arrangement. However, you have to understand that a good chunk of wal-mart clientele are not buying produce so this just might work out.
