You must not work in IT.

Still defaulting to user error because If your actual radio is off and you aren't hard wired in -- then the OS isn't going to turn on the radio to reach out and get updates. And also because of your attitude. That's the same kind of attitude that start off with "I didn't touch anything!"

Odds are you downloaded updates previously and have just been delaying them somehow or another.

If you're doing front line customer support then you don't "work in IT" any more than a bank teller "works in finance."

Uh huh. Sounds exactly like a defensive user who always says they didn't do it. You were really just posting for a circle jerk and get defensive when called on it. I know exactly what type of user you are and you're the "just smart enough to shoot yourself in the foot but not smart enough to know what to do".
