The one near me in Nogales Arizona installed four. They were a total pain. Workers had to be assigned to help peole use them. Now they've removed one of the four, and mostly everyone just goes to the counter to order. AI don't cut it.

They're not for those people. The boomers will die out eventually. Those kiosks are for Gen x and millennials and up.

It's the same tactic with the erosion of privacy. Eventually anyone that had any recollection of it will die out and lack of privacy will totally become the norm

I used one Saturday, it needs work and refinement. I'm Gen X and in IT, those things aren't ready for the masses.
