You have 48h to stay strong. And the good news is, you'll be sleeping half of that time. After that you'll be 20 year old again.

Change your habit for those 48h. E.g: Used to drink lot of coffee: dont use sugar (or put some in it, if you werent). Used to smoke in your car, use another car, or transportation.

Drink water whenever you feel the crave. Get new sweet , or gums to distract from the oral habits, and a pen, or baoding balls to distract your hands.

Dont listen to vapers, or patch sellers: Stay 100% nicotine free for 48h! The best perk about being a non smoker is the liberation from any kind of dependance. You are 48h away from being a free person, and it's awesome. Stay strong.
