I don't like this quiz: half the questions have multiple correct answers depending on which end you're looking at. Entropy, for example, is both a measure of disorder and of order. "Is temperature a measure of how hot or how cold something is"?
From a physics standpoint, temperature measures energy therefore it's a measure of heat. Cold doesn't exist as a measurable quantity, it is defined as the absence of heat.
