It's a contributing cause at best. The other particles with adequate combustion also place particulate debris in alveoli sacs. This is a well understood disease mechanism.

For you smokers, here's some rough guidelines:

Baseline, non Smoker: 0% additional cancer risk

Tobacco smoker: at least 100% additional cancer risk

Tobacco and weed + 200%-300%+ rate of cancers

weed only: -50% rate from baseline. Meaning a non smokers chance to get cancers are nearly twice that of weed smokers.

Why? -Weed cures cancer. It's not rocket science. And the Jamaican studies from the 70's supports that simplified ratio chart.

Yeah I find it very interesting.

Why does tobacco smoke persist for days or weeks in furniture and rooms.

Yet I can hotbox a room for hours and hours, and the smell will be entirely gone in ~48 hrs.

If all smoke is particulate, shouldn't the weed smoke persist just as long?
