Wow. You are an idiot.
Deregulation doesn't mean free-for-all. It means the removal of restrictions on the economic aspects of various companies. As in, you can buy as many of company X as you like. Not that your fucking company can just go dump toxic waste in the river or building a high-powered tv transmitter to hijack broadcasts.

Before calling people idiots, you should probably consider what you're saying... restricting the use of the airwaves is absolutely regulation as is restricting waste disposal. Anyhow, point stands, the problem here is the lack of competition (fostered by the FCA), not a need for more regulation.
