I just wasn't sure...but I know it is difficult to discern "tone" in written language at times. :)

I am absolutely skeptical.... of the lies we have been fed for so long. I am the one who watched the video and discovered the things I have put forward....not the poster of the video....nor the individual who filmed it. I am researching this now... I just didn't want to reinvent the wheel so to speak if it was something commonly known outside of my expertise. I am looking for truth and not the approved narrative on any subject...which is very difficult at the moment on the internet with all the censorship.

Thank you for clarifying.

Well here's a bit o'knowledge that will help with your research. There is a famous and well validated formula called Ohm's Law. Ohm's Law states the relationship between voltage (the potential of electric energy) and current (the ability for electricity to do work). The formula is simple V = I * R where V is voltage (in Volts, of course), I is current (in Amperes) and R as resistance (in Ohms). Air has a high resistance so electricity does not want to flow through it. Voltage and current will require the right amounts to break air resistance. The high voltage (millions of Volts for lightning) will break the air resistance and allow the current to flow to complete the circuit. Lightning can unleash tens of thousands of Amperes in a very short amount of time. Millions of Volts multiplied by tens of thousands of Amperes will result in billions of Watts (Volts times Amperes). Billions of Watts is no easy feat for mankind to generate, even today. It would require equipment on massive scales to generate that (think power plant expending all of its power generated in a day in a brief instant). The voltage would need to be raised very high to break air resistance. As voltage goes up, the current drops (as in across a transformer). To have millions of volts still at tens of thousands of amperes, the conversion would require some incredible amounts of current to reach those high levels on voltage and amperage. Our current level of equipment would fry in an instant at those power levels. The wires needed to contain this energy would be tens of feet in diameter and weigh many tons. These wires would also arc like crazy to the ground and everything around them. We don't have a suitable material to prevent this as the power is just too high to manage practically. This pretty much rules out a ground-based lightning generator and absolutely rules out a flying one (due to not being able to generate such immense power in a fly-able device). Ohm's Law quickly dispels the idea that we can create what nature does with ease. The only reason nature can do it is due to the scale at which it is working. Clouds are massive and can develop massive charges since there are so many water/ice particles crashing into each other and freeing electrons. Clouds, for this reason alone, are impressive and awe inspiring.

Okay, paragraph break. If we could harness the sort of energy levels needed to produce lightning proper, we would have a much better infrastructure overall. That kind of energy could lift our modern world to new heights and make those who control it very wealthy. This is not happening. If people can make money on something, well that's pretty much a guarantee they will do so and not suppress it or use it in fruitless ways. Those immense energies could be used to launch satellites into space by use of a rail gun launching system. A large enough one with tremendous power could accelerate a projectile to velocities higher than that needed to escape gravity and make for cheap spacecraft deployment (albeit not manned ones as no human would survive the incredible G-forces the launch would create). We're not doing this because those levels of energy are not attainable or controllable with our current technologies. We're a long way off of being masters of electricity on the scale that nature controls every day. Makes you feel small and feeble in a way when compared to the natural world. It's very humbling.

Great info...thank you for that!
