Title is sensationalized. The actual finding was pro- vs. anti-welfare attitudes. Seeing pictures of glamorous celebrities and riches reduced welfare sympathy. As it should be. Everyone should work hard and build their lives as best they can, and no-one is entitled to anything for free.

Agreed. I got to this.

Research from the London School of Economics (LSE) found that exposure to "materialistic media" and shows that "glamorize fame, luxury, and wealth accumulation" may bring about anti-welfare and materialistic sentiments, according to the Telegraph UK.
