But you got to admit it is faster than walking places. And I do stretches all the time. I'm going to be a old man with a thirty year old physique. Thats one of my long term goals.

If you want to look 30 at 60, hit the weights. Weightlifting does far more for you than aerobic exercise.

What about smoking cigarettes and drinking pints? Do you think that will help me stay focused? A nice buzz to keep me going through the workouts?
