If only scientists were intelligent enough to discover the positive effects of iodine and the brain... though we are sure all of the idiots brush their teeth mindlessly with fluoride....

Alzheimers is also known as type 3 diabetes.

As for being fat, running has to be the least efficient way of losing fat or getting fit. Staying at a healthy weight is mostly dependant on diet (keto being the most efficient) and staying fit is dependant more on fatiguing muscle (strength training and HIIT being far superior to running).

Honestly, running, to me at least, is boring as fuck, wastes a ton of time and destroys your knees for very little benefit.

But you got to admit it is faster than walking places. And I do stretches all the time. I'm going to be a old man with a thirty year old physique. Thats one of my long term goals.

Does curling a 12 ounce can of beer up to the mouth to take a sip while sitting on the couch all day help produce new neurons?

Technically, yes. It creates muscle memory, which is just new neuron pathways. It won't help with Alzheimers though.

Getting them to do it is a full time job of a PT or PTA. It's very expensive. It's sad that it's expensive, but that's just the way it is.
