Thank you very much! Would say intermittent fasting and 1 day to 1 week fasts might be both prophylactic and slow growth of an existing cancer? Any thoughts on vitamin C?

BTW, one thing I ran across said low protein was important during an anti-cancer fast.

If you're eating anything, it's not really a fast. Just a diet. In mouse studies, they benefit from a single 72 hour fast. Not sure what this translates to in humans but you will definitely be in ketosis after a few days, and after 5-6 days your body will begin recycling old cells. I've done 6 days 2x. It's not for everyone though. Low carb/sugar, high protein (not soy), vitamin/mineral rich, moderate fat intake is probably the best anti-cancer diet we have.

Oh, and some people have reported positive outcomes with high doses of vitamin C, intravenous.

Congrats on the 6 day fasts! How ere they? I've not done anything longer than 4 days. On he first 2 4 day fasts, hunger was less on the 3rd and 4th day. Last time, it was a bitch the whole time. I lift and I lost a little strength, maybe 5 or 10% with the 4.5 day fast, but it did not seem that severe. I don't monitor myself that closely. Did you loose much strength during the 6 day fasts?
