So true like the great philosopher Tess Munster said, I eat therefore I ham.

People with self control are healthier than people who practice whatever they're told by the TV? Who'da thunkit.

Who would have thought that discipline had any uses....

My rules? Easy. Eat as much as I like, but it's got to be veggies before protein before carbs.

Never be hungry, never limit my food intake, always have a good BMI. Vinaigrette is pretty damn tasty, you know.

Ever notice how fatfucks will deny that they overeat, but they'll tell normal-sized people (whom they deem too thin) to eat a cheeseburger?

Their diet did fail them. A diet is supposed to be what you eat in general, not a regimen that you follow for a short time. That’s the first hurdle to crest with the obese. It’s not a mistake that you’re fat, it’s what and how much you eat.

I’m a recovering lardass and self-directed hate is fueling my recovery. When I fuck up now I can look myself in the mirror and say “fuck you, go pump iron and eat clean” and I get back on that wagon. Anyone can do that, but it does mean a lifetime of change, not a couple weeks or months. You have to fucking want it and that’s what’s lacking in Shitty 500lbs McShitterson.

That's a really long way of saying that people who understand nutrition are skinnier than people who don't.
