It seems to me that if the drug targets mast cells maybe they don't get to degranulate. No ensophilic chemotactic factor of anaphylaxis or slow reacting substance from the targeted cells. Unless there was complete targeting enough would be present to cause symptoms. This is another sign of the culprit of Asthma. Inflammation can kill, but, it's the first line of defense.
