Sir, if you think the iodine in table salt is sufficient to provide 15-50mg/day iodine then you are fooling yourself, you would be extremely deficient! And this is why 98%+ of Americans are iodine deficient, people believe the lie that minuscule amounts of iodine in table salt is sufficient enough to maintain a human immune system!

Do you have source for those numbers? You would have thyroid problems if you took that overwhelming amount of iodine.

Brah, don't worry I am sure your fake information is sufficient for you to live a marginal diseased life! I have been consuming 50mg iodine daily for 5 years and my health is improving, the doctor in the video (which I am sure you want to discount and won't watch entirety of) takes 75mg of iodine a day! Or you could search Amazon for "iodoral 50mg" and read all of the verified purchases reviews and disregard personal experience in favor or your fake big pharma information!
