They disregard it by adding it to table salt? It the sugar theory that everyone is diabetic and their body doesn't tightly control the levels of it in their blood regardless of how much they eat? Teeth on the other hand get fucked by sugar.

Sir, if you think the iodine in table salt is sufficient to provide 15-50mg/day iodine then you are fooling yourself, you would be extremely deficient! And this is why 98%+ of Americans are iodine deficient, people believe the lie that minuscule amounts of iodine in table salt is sufficient enough to maintain a human immune system!

Do you have source for those numbers? You would have thyroid problems if you took that overwhelming amount of iodine.
RDA is 150 micro grams
