uhh. you do realize that without bacteria people just flat out die?
we need to have healthy populations of the right bacterial species in out bodies to survive.
If we don't have the right ones, then the bad ones invade and kill us.
I do agree though about the sugar though. It's straight up poison. It will tilt your bacterial colonization in favour of the bad ones.
