Yeah, I wouldn't recommend it though. I've been doing that for a while and now I have some Protoss douchebag yelling "YOU MUST CONSTRUCT ADDITIONAL PYLONS!!!".

Totally, dude, my chakras are sooo unaligned right now.

Turmeric doesn't do nearly as much if you don't pair it with with black pepper. I bet the tit that wrote that article didn't know that.

Don't most curcumin supplements have pepper in them?
[–] smokratez ago
No idea. I don't take it as a supplement.

No one said its magic except people using words lightly. What they meant is that it has some nice little properties/chemicals attributed to it.

Tumeric needs to be paired with things. Western medicine almost never studies the synergy between different foods and spices.
[–] Virtueandanarchy 1 point 0 points 1 point (+1|-1) ago
Yeah and that is for a reason. The last few generations were so blindingly ignorant of true herbal medicine its amazing.

There is the thousands of years of study behind the ayurvedic tradition that claim a lot of these benefits for turmeric (I don't think it has an 'r' but it autocorrects it in there so what do I know) and ya I think they usually mix it with black pepper but this article didn't really say anything at all.
