Watch out people, theyre publishing these papers and when inexperiwnced westerners get their Piled Higher and Deeper degree (PhD) they see that and think theyve hit the jackpot and attempt to put an bunch of "hard working" chinese beneath them as TAs. That denies americans work and then americans might start thinking "oh chinese oh so smart. Remember the mathematics stereotype?" be very careful when giving credit to chinese people for anything at all. I believe its a fact that if you denied them credit for everything youll be right more than youre wrong, to give anyone reading this a point of perspective.

Also, it's clear this is happening on wikipedia. Ive typically noticed this when i see something that sounds oddly written, i go check the source and its usually written by a chinese person.... the chinese communist party seeks very highly to spread disinformation and mystique about chinese people and their ideologies. China is "atheist", and its not what western atheists see atheism as. They brainwash the hell out of their people and lead them to believe the government is their god. It's exactly as i say here.

And to be fair - the 'peer review' process is fucked anyway. In a day and age where everyone's opinion is plastered where the whole world can see, there isn't much use in the opinions of a few more. I don't see these journals as providing any kind of useful place to showcase new ideas or discoveries.

The peer review process is getting fucked, but that's not the reason why. "Peer review" is supposed to be done by people who are acknowledged experts in their field, who are supposed to be pseudonymous. Problems emerge when the acknowledged experts are biased, bought off, or not actually experts. All three are becoming more common.
