Every day, mine are all soft modded (no chip), I have more emulators than I can keep track of on it. All the emulators work great up until psx/n64 era when games got really 3d. PSX and N64 are pretty hit or miss. For example mario kart 64 is near flawless, while perfect dark wont run at half speed even. Snes/Genesis games work 100% pretty much, except for the really 3d games like star fox wich I think runs a bit slower at times. Nes/megadrive work 100%. Turbografx/ x86000 are 100%. Commodore and Amiga work too but not all 100%. If you want to play games for things like commodore amiga and dos then I would suggest you aquire a xbox keyboard, and a mouse would be nice too. There are adapters on the internet that can let you plug in an old non-usb keyboard into your controller slots. You want older than that? Theres intellivision, theres all the ataris, someone even ported a saturn emulator to the xbox wich is funny cause it cant run anything and neither can the pc version of the saturn emulator. Theres some more I missed like the nintendo ds emulator wich only plays the basic 2d games, and the apple II emulator. Iso zone is the best place to get these emulators and everything for your xbox.

I have 13 consoles right now but I want to play games from some of the rarer/older ones that I don't have. I grabbed an Xbox for a buck at the thrift store today, if it turns on I'd like to use it for that.

If I'm going to emulate on a console, I'll go PSP or PS3. Never tried with an xbox though..

I lost my PSP Go :( I had 4 or so emulators on it. I know it's not a lot but it did what I wanted it to do.
