There is a difference in language used when there is clear evidence to support the facts

You shouldve asked him which god. He denies all gods exist except his own so he's already a god denier.

But an atheist can have faith. An atheist just doesn't believe God, they're not all lacking of faith.

There is a lot of evidence for Climate Change and the Holocaust though there is literally no evidence God exists.

There is bad evidence for the Lolocaust, mostly in the form of anecdote and hearsay.

Plenty of evidence that it was the biggest lie of the 20th century, not to mention it doesn't even make logical sense if you just think about it for a minute or two.

Are you telling me that you never watch sports? Almost all victories are attributed to God.

or "reality deniers" perhaps, just to stick with the theme?

Which god are you talking about? I think we are only in disagreement with one of them. The rest neither of us believe in. You are a god denier for every god but your own. Thats convenient.

Reminds of a great quote which I've forgotten the source of-

"We're all atheists, I just go one god further."

It is definitely possible to believe in all gods. Even christian scripture talks about nephelim and the fallen angels which were spiritual physical beings sent to earth that would equate to the ancient greek/egyptian/indian ect gods. I have a belief all major religions are right in their own sense of connecting to a higher power, but each are all trying to describe their own subjective view of the same thing. They each follow their own doctrines and dogma but at their core claim a connection to this all power entity which created the universe.

There's a difference between denying facts and not believing in a deity or deities.

There have been thousands of gods by thousands of different cultures long before you were born. Even you would say all of those believers were wrong (because yours is the only right god). All those who believed in god(s) were wrong. No one has proven atheists to be wrong yet. ;)

There is empirical evidence for both holocaust and climate change, so "disagreeing" is not really an option which makes people who do it deniers.

For god there is per definition no such thing as empirical evidence, and everyone is free to have their own opinion on the topic, be it to believe in one, many or no gods. From an empirical point of view all three are equal, so there is little reason to marginalize people for their beliefs here.

2 of those have evidence and facts to back them, one of them is purely based on faith. That is the difference. You can neither prove no disprove a higher power beyond the logical fallacies of it's writings in an old and heavily trans-formative book, were as the other has documented evidence with physical tangible things that can be both measured and/or held.

Convenient ignoring facts and building arguments based on opinions, while leveraging accusations with no evidence or tangible proof to back up accusations just makes a poor argument. Thus this make a denier.

Lacking faith in something because you haven't been shown in tangible facts or measurable variables is just not having the same opinion.
