The Old Testament views outsiders in general as inferior. However during the exodus many different kinds of people allegedly traveled with Jews. So during that time outsiders who wanted to be part of the covenant were accepted. Clearly now they are not and it's because of rabbis like the one in this video. Also Noahide is purely rabbinical concept. But of course this rabbi makes no mention of that because he's Talmudist.

Um the Torah does not. I mean come on, just read it. The first 5 books of Moses declares that his people are chosen, not the Jews, and the Hebrew people were only blessed because of the promise to Abraham Isaac and Jacob. Not because the Jews did anything. In fact the more you read the vast majority of the timd The Jews disobey God more than obeying him. Thats why he punishes them as well .

9 And the Lord said unto Moses, I have seen this people, and, behold, it is a stiffnecked people:

10 Now therefore let me alone, that my wrath may wax hot against them, and that I may consume them: and I will make of thee a great nation.

-Exodus 32:9-10

Reads to me like God wanted to throw about 99.999% of the entirety of the Jewish people in the oven back in the Torah in Moses's time.....? Yet Jews keep on preaching their racial supremacist ideology while pointing at White people and calling them "Nazis" for as little as disagreeing with them or pointing out the truth.
