So, no networking capability? What if I hooked a USB hub to the Zero, then hooked a wifi dongle to the hub, along with a keyboard and mouse? Will the Pi power supply power all those at once?

It depends.
If you're using a USB power cable that supplies the correct voltage and amperage, then you should be okay, as long as the hub isn't drawing too much power. Although, it would be better if you had a self-powered hub.
If all three of those conditions aren't met, then you're not going to be able to run things correctly.
