To make this as short as possible.
The "Marxists" or however we shall label them, the "Left", are obviously convinced that Blacks are a historically disadvantaged group.
Because of this historical disadvantage, from a) slavery and b) the forces of racism (segregation, lynchings etc.), according to the views of the Left, Blacks have basically become the number one target of the existing Capitalistic system. In other words, these Leftist believe that Blacks are easier than other groups to exploit, and in most cases they are correct.
Capitalism may have other victims that the Left might recognize, like Whites, some Asians, and other ethnic groups. They might admit that all groups at some point or another, have been targeted by Capitalism, in order to bring in support and momentum to their Marxist movement. But ultimately, Blacks are the designated victim.
This gives your average Leftist two things:
1) By giving Blacks the "special" oppressed group status, it provides Leftists a clear feeling of heroism by saving a specific definable victim.
2) The second thing is much more powerful, and reveals a lot about the Leftist. There is a feeling of inferiority, perhaps due to past failed accomplishments, or physical features, anything of that nature, that many Leftists have. Now a person on the Right may see Blacks as disadvantaged because of natural inferiority, e.g. lower IQ, low impulse control and high propensity for violence, etc. and have no problem with it. They accept it for what it is, adapt, and move on. A person on the Left however will look at the same Black person and rationalize that they are disadvantaged due to economics, e.g. evil Capitalism. They will further protect themselves onto the Blacks, thinking that they and Blacks are both in the "same fight."
Now, they are correct about that as well. It is completely true that against the Elites & Globalists, we are all in the same fight. Both the Right and Left would agree on the concept of a common enemy. It is also true that the individual alone cannot fight those powers, and that organization is necessary, and is a lot more effective for getting things done.
But where the Left and Right divide in this issue, is that the Left over-projects itself onto these "designated victim" groups e.g. Blacks, and the Right essentially does not do this and only associates with their own.
The Left thinks "how can I be right, how can I be correct, if I don't FIGHT for this (victim group)"? That is because this (victim group) is the vulnerable character in the story. The story of (that character) vs. Capitalism. And the destruction of Capitalism means a more equitable society for everyone. Well.. at least for the Blacks who will get what they want. The Leftist will congratulate himself for winning this boon for Blacks, and feel like a hero for doing so. But the Leftist, will also get what he wants too. The chance to rule over this "equal" society, where he will have power, influence, importance, respect, etc. Everything he can get to cure his feelings of inferiority.
What are your thought about this?

You’re right, the ease of manipulation and exploitation is definitely part of it.
