I truly worry about any security info coming from a site that uses so many social media scripts and search engine tags. The info might be totally legitimate, but its hard to believe when the website hosting it is complicit with exposing your IP to major corporations in the process...

I understand your concerns, but that guide is originally posted on a Tor forum of which isn't accessible on the clearnet so it is also hosted on that site. I can assure you all information in that guide is legitimate and also trustworthy.
