Socialism will never be "executed properly." Economies can't function without resources being allocated in a rational manner, and that is only possible under capitalism and free markets.

socialism is the rational manner; the problem is that humans arent rational

why capitalism works so well isnt because of it being rational but, its because it imitates human nature.

What's more rational: a small group of bureaucrats with no business experience arbitrarily deciding how goods should be allocated, or letting the market decide? It's pretty obviously the latter, considering how horribly central planning has always worked out.
