It is tough for me to except that this poor excuse for a cop can be that stupid to say "It's against the law to offend somebody". It blows my mind that he can be that ignorant and be in a position of enforcing the law.
This idiot cop has no idea what freedom of speech means. The right people have is to be offended and argue, hopefully logically, why they think differently, not to be ticketed or arrested because of some clueless cop twisting the law to his liking.
Unless the guy with the camera was threatening physical harm to someone, the moron cop should be put behind a desk or kicked off the force for not being able to understand the law.
