Our demand for cheaper goods and higher wages is what makes it impossible to compete with third world workers. Companies are just producing what we are demanding. So who's really to blame? Its not an easy problem and theres no easy solution so we tend to blame someone else instead of understanding the real issue.

Tariffs are an easy solution. People need to stop voting selfishly and think about what's best for the country. As the last real democrat president said:

"Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country."

I agree but take that one step further. Do people always know whats best for themselves? If we sometimes don't know whats best for ourselves how could be possible know whats best for the entire country which is made up of over 300 million people trying to figure out whats best for themselves. We must first understand the world before we can know how to fix it and that is where the problem lies. We have to spend time educated people more effective and with that comes creating a system that is more forgiving. Allowing people to understand that failure is necessary for success. We spend so much time blaming one another that we become to guarded and we begin to think it ways to protect ourselves instead of thinking beyond ourselves.

I believe Trump is a great business man and he knows how to work the system which you have to be very smart to do. He is also very passionate and confident which we need in a leader. But i don't think he is connected to what the average person has to deal with in America let alone the rest of the world. He doesn't have sympathy for those people who hold him back and in order to truly move forward we have to become more sympathetic to those people who have chosen to not understand. Not understanding something creates the most dangerous and volatile environment and we haven't been taught to understand. We've been taught to judge and shame and lecture on what is right and wrong instead of trying to understand what is right and wrong.
