And yet minorities benefit from these programs and want more. Maybe, just maybe, the reason there are more blacks in jail because more blacks are committing crimes. We already know that 13% of the population is responsible for 50% of violent crime. So is it not possible that that same 13% might also have a greater amount of drug and other non-violent crimes? Oh right. Forget personal responsibility. Blame whitey.

no one blames whites in general other than SJW cucks. Blacks and whites use marijuana the same amount per capita, but one group is arrested 4x more.
Programs like welfare need to be re-done. Instead of being able to get off it and make something for yourself- the system keeps you down and stuck in it.
