His biggest donors are unions.

I haven't seen him complaining about union bosses making more than ten times+ the people the union is helping.

I don't think a union boss making 10× the lowest paid employee is the same as a CEO making 300× the lowest paid employee.

Some unions treat their members well, some don't. Some businesses treat their workers well, some don't. When unions work properly, they give their members power and a voice that they otherwise wouldn't have. But you can also have corruption in unions, just like you can have corruption in anything else.
