By an independent committee that will release their findings to the public. No one is allowed to know what kind of deals the Fed has made with other countries and private banks from other countries. There's absolutely no real audit going on right now because it's all internal and paid for by the banks being audited.

Why wouldn't they pay for their own auditing? Why would they publish it? Do you know what auditing is?

Deloitte did their audit for 2014. Not some internal committee.
