Seriously the Geneva convention is a nice document and represents the good will of White people. At the end of the day it is a farce and should not be applied when a nation goes to war.

The key thing people miss about the Geneva Convention is that it doesn't apply universally.
It doesn't apply to non state terror organizations. More importantly, it doesn't apply to people who have already broken the Geneva Convention.
It's not a suicide pact. If your enemy is playing dirty, you're aloud to get dirty.

More proof Fox's newcasters are vapid sockpuppets. The look on Paul's face when Hannity drops his pearl of wisdom though, holy god I was dying. He blinks right afterward, and I can't help but imagine Paul thinking, "Uhh... you what?"

OK. Why should a nation state limit itself during wartime to defeat its enemy?
[–] CarlTheMagician 1 point -1 points 0 points (+0|-1) ago
Because it's better for all parties involved that war be ended quickly. Assassinating leaders and murdering civilians only prolongs war.
