What is it about "nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law ", that is hard to understand ?

It would be nice if the courts actually protected the rights plainly spelled out in the constitution instead of putting on the magical glasses that turns paper and ink into a living document, and finding shit there that no one else can see.

Due process of law means just that. All of the these foreclosures are under 'due process of law'. It's that process that sucks.

I actually like the police quite a bit, but a cop pulling you over and seeing your car is expensive or you have cash is not due process.
