Actually, they do. Palestinians and other Muslims with Israeli citizenship have all the rights as every other citizen, have a LOT of political power and a LOT of seats in the Knesset. Vote for and pass laws. Have full movement rights all over Israeli territory etc.
Sure, there's racism. Even institutional racism. But legally they have full rights.

That's for non-citizen Palestinians. Don't get confused between the two.
The non-citizen Palestinians (Palestinians who don't have Israeli citizenship) DON'T have the same rights as citizens. But the over 1,500,000 Palestinians with Israeli citizenship do have the same rights as every other citizen.
