No, they're making money in other areas; very few companies want to stay in markets that doing nothing but make losses multiple years in a row and this is a sign there's no profit in sight on the exchanges. We've already seen other companies spike their rates and reduce their coverage just to keep their heads above water, so getting out may just be the more honest option.
