Maybe because Eric Holder was Lloyd Blankfein's (CEO for Goldman Sachs) personal attorney before becoming Attorney General. Hope and change on Wall street and the banks. Remember those speeches?

He is the chairman of the Veterans Affairs subcommittee. That is the extent of his power. Have the committees that are actually responsible for this type of investigation done an adequate job of looking into this? Maybe Sanders knows a few things about how these things happen in Congress and knows that he can direct the Justice Department to investigate this when he becomes president. Obama certainly didn't do enough to bring these criminals to justice. As a matter of fact he hired many of them to be on his team and head up the Treasury Department.
