There's so much fucking waste in the military industrial complex right now. The top brass are all retarded and in the pockets of the defense companies. The US military needs to clean house, put the defense contractors in time-out, and audit the shit out of themselves. There's so much shit that could be consolidated or cut because it's no longer necessary.

No the problem is over specifying what is actually needed. This is how you end up with $600 hammers. You can be sure that it is no hammer that you get in Home Depot but it will still be used to do the same job. Of course if you don't do that you'll get the cheapest piece of shit that a company can pass off as being a hammer.

WOW! this really puts things into perspective. sorry europe, i see what they did there. but i still support less spending on US military by US, especially overseas in europe and asia where it costs tons to maintain foreign bases that a lot of people don't want.
