I was just going to say that. There are private prison corporations that reported 95% of their beds were filled. I'm sure that we don't have enough justifiable criminals to keep a prison at 95% capacity.

You do have the world largest prison population both in overall numbers and per capita (there you are 2nd after the Seychelles, but that country has 92 000 people living in it). For a country that prides itself on being the land of the free that is some serious food for thought.
