So let me clarify a few points about this having worked in this area: Greenrooms are the room where you hang out, prep, and relax prior to a TV or Public Appearance. There is usually some kind of food and coffee inside the rooms as well as a runner provided by the event venue to get anything you might need so that you aren't wandering around when you are needed on stage or camera and so that you can avoid the press.
Now, how people get their green room at an Ad Hoc event like this one, ad hoc because this is not a venue that is designed to host 14 presidential candidates in their own equal dressing rooms, is more subjective usually they will try and fulfill any request that they get within reason. I know some politicians want a Starbucks white chocolate mocha in their greenroom and some want animal crackers both of which would be handled without a second though by their internal staff.
Trump likely asked for, what appears to be, the coaches lounge and Rubio probably asked for the theatre, Fiorina was given the trainer's room (thats why their is a hot tub and STEM machines), and Rand got a locker room or what is more likely is that Rand got an actual dressing room by the stage.
