No it does not, in that case it means that one of the "logics" are wrong. Contradiction just mean that something is logically false.

No, because the wave /particle duality of quantum physics is a premise and not a argument. Logic is the usage of premises to come to a conclusion, it is nothing wrong with quantum physics that you can not do that. Which is why quantum physics is a science. If it was impossible to come to a logical conclusion based on it then it would not be called a science.

Most people choose a logic that aligns with there talents and self interest and through self deception acts as if the world would implement there self centered logic the world's be a perfect place.

Logic does not mean what you think it means, it is not the same as "opinion"
