Everyone I know shouts Trump or Sanders. Occasionally someone will mumble about Carson. I hear people talk a lot of shit about Hillary though.

That's basically all I've heard. When this first started, I knew people who just kind of shrugged and said, I guess I'll vote for Hillary, since she will win. The only people I still know just strike me as apathetic about the whole system really. Republican side, I'll hear someone's name mumbled, first Paul, then Rubio, now Carson but the only person who has excitement is Trump.

Nope, everyone I've talked to is either for Trump, Carson or Sanders.

That was about what I would have posted. Typical self absorbed, no awareness, always talking shit about men feminist. Disgusting human being.

I'd vote for hilary before bernie. Both of them want my guns but at least hilary would let me keep my paycheck. I don't want to pay 80% in taxes so a bunch of retards and parasites can get free shit. I'd just quit my job and try to ride out the chaos if bernie got elected.

I think either one of them would easily be crushed by trump in a general election though, so I'm not too worried.

Why don't you vote for a conservative, if you want to keep your right to bear arms?

I probably will, but I wouldn't be willing vote for most of the cucks who are running right now. I'd rather vote for a democrat than a RINO, because collapse is preferable to another disingenuous POTUS. I will undoubtedly vote for Trump if he gets the Republican nomination, and would most likely vote for Cruz or Paul if they somehow manged to get the nomination.

Dems won popular vote 5 out of last 6 elections. Trump may win but would not be "easily crushed by him". Would be close.

Good point. Due to the demographic changes in the US I don't think we'll ever see a landslide election like 1984 Mondale vs Reagan again. I still think Trump could get at least 51% of the popular vote and at least 60% of the electoral vote against either Clinton or Sanders though. And that's just my opinion as a former DFL employee and news/politics junkie, I could be totally wrong

Rich people, telling the wealthy people, to tell the middle class, to blame the poor.

You're a fucking idiot if you believe democratic socialism is set up for free loaders. Your opinion has the taste of a mouth of privilege. Work like I do for 16k a year after taxes and then ask yourself if a debt-free education, that can further your dreams and ambitions, is worth it.

But the question is, should the rich people be the ones paying for the poor's education? How is that fair (genuine curiosity)

I'm not a slum dweller, I'm intelligent enough to get a job that pays more than 16k per year and I don't owe you shit for having skills that our society values more than yours. I'm sorry that you plebs think you deserve an education on my dime but I didn't go to college to earn what I do now. If you want an education to further your dreams, work your ass off like I do so you can pay for it yourself. I'm not obligated to subsidize your dreams.

I'm not friends with any Hilary supporters, but I've seen a few Hilary crazies on campus.

Most people I know IRL are either super-left and support Bernie, are on the Trump bandwagon because he's exciting, or are relatively apathetic.

I have a lot of friends in SF. Unfortunately they vote however they are told. Groupthink is very strong in that region. Also it's Hillary's ideal demographic, baby boomer and gen ex middle class lesbians. I'll see pro hillary propaganda on their FB feed from time to time.

Sure lots of people I know support Hillary

They like sanders, but don't feel he has a chance in the general election
