Hillary Clinton's opposition to the TPP is the same as her opposition to the Iraq War. She was all for both of them until it became politically expedient not to be.

Are you implying that politicians act on what they believe will win them votes, rather than their personally held convictions?!
Next you'll tell me that war is about profits and expanding government power, rather than liberty and freedom!

Don't forget her position on gay marriage, either
[–] Malek 4 points -1 points 3 points (+3|-4) ago
Aren't politicians supposed to reflect the will of the people?
[–] TeamGalactic 0 points 20 points 20 points (+20|-0) ago
Ideally, people vote for politicians who represent their views. If the politicians change their views to whatever is most popular, they are probably disingenuous about their views.

Yes, but words are cheap. I'd rather pick the guy that consistently didn't want to put the egg beater in my ass than the guy that rooted the attacker on until I said I didn't like it loudly enough for them to pay attention.

Yes, but they are supposed to do so from the beginning, not when it becomes politically advantageous.
Almost no politician does this however.

I don't believe one word from that lying ass

first tell me which end has the mouth
[–] leweb 0 points 22 points 22 points (+22|-0) ago
So, as soon as she knows it will pass, she opposes it. How convenient.
Politicians in this country make me puke my asshole out of my mouth.
[–] Fagtardicus 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
i hear asshole makes an excellent calamari substitute

Gay marriage, attacking another country, and a variety of other issues all have the same thing in common: HC has decided the opposite of what she's fought for in the past.

Hillary Clinton is bad. I do not like her.
[–] HST 1 point 7 points 8 points (+8|-1) ago
It's probably because she beat you in the "biggest phony" competition.
[–] ElectricBlankaHadou 0 points 6 points 6 points (+6|-0) ago
Clinton wins the nomination trump wins the election. Bernie wins the nomination trump loses the election.
[–] SpicySandwhich 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago
I am supporting neither sanders or trump , but there is no way sanders could win debates against trump.
[–] hypercat 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago
Because Trump will just start yelling "Merica" over anything Sanders says?
[–] leweb 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
Clinton wins the nomination, even Bobby Jindal could win the election. He could respond to any question in a debate with a pre-recorded queef and still win.
[–] Grumpy_Old_Man 0 points 6 points 6 points (+6|-0) ago
It doesn't matter what Hillary thinks. She is not going to be President. She'll be lucky just to stay out of prison.
[–] lettersofmarque 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago
Why would anyone support this documented and repeated positioning of convenience on every issue?
