My biggest beef is that he'd never been in charge of anything, never even supervised 1 person before being elected like he was. I don't think that he had any experience in the Senate because he was already campaigning again when he got there, both in Illinois and Washington. I'm not sure he was at all familiar with how the government functions based on many of his speeches and the way that he acts towards anyone who disagrees with him. He's the most thin skinned politician I've seen in my lifetime. I decided about midway through his first term that equaling Jimmy Carter would be a worst case scenario, but I was wrong, now it's gotten much worse.

Still more relevant experience than Carson, the pittance that it was.

Has Dr. Carson ever been in charge of anyone or anything? I'm not a supporter, so I haven't researched him a whole lot. I would think, that after the last 20 years or so, it would be preferable to find someone outside of politics, though. Personally, I won't ever vote for another Ivy league grad either.
