He's a surgeon... who thinks he can be president... despite knowing fuck-all about politics, the economy, foreign policy, or even the workings of the government he'd be running. His only feature is that he's black, which the Republicans like because they think that if they like him it proves they're not racist, which itself is an act of racism.

Obama actually had experience, though. Not much, not nearly enough, and he just lied his way into office like a good politician does, but he was at least familiar with the government. Also, Obama never sounded like he was about to break down and cry every time he talked.
